§ 38-59. Use of other areas for loading and unloading; temporary areas.

Section 38-58 shall not be construed so as to prevent any area from being used as a loading or unloading area; nor shall it prevent the chief of police, in the reasonable exercise of his power, from designating an area as a loading and unloading area temporarily.
