§ 14-29. Violations.

(a)

A violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense for each day it shall continue or recur. Each day a condition exists in violation of this chapter or the technical codes hereby adopted is a separate violation. Penalty fees shall be established by the town commission.

(b)

Actions and decisions on complaints, violations and variances to this chapter shall be considered by the town commission. The town commission shall consider applicable provisions of the Florida Building Code when determining variances to this chapter.
