§ 38-63. Penalty for parking violations.

Any person convicted of a violation of the parking provisions of this article shall, for conviction thereof, be punished as follows:
(1)

Parking in a no parking area..........................................................$5.00

(2)

Parking so as to obstruct loading and unloading areas..............$10.00

(3)

Parking so as to obstruct refuse collection containers................$10.00
