§ 38-26. Restricted intersection declared.

The intersection of Olympic Street with State Road 52 shall be a controlled access intersection in that the same shall be closed to vehicular traffic; provided, however, that this intersection may be used from time to time to facilitate the orderly flow of traffic. It shall be opened at the discretion of the chief of police, and at such time as it is open a police officer shall always be posted at this intersection to control traffic.
