§ 2-19. Assumption of office and duties.

Newly elected commissioners shall take office and assume their duties at the beginning of the next regularly scheduled monthly town commission meeting following the issuance by the supervisor of elections, or other proper authority, a certification of a candidate's election to the office of commission of the town.
