§ 26-1. Adoption of state misdemeanors, infractions.

  • No person shall commit within the town, any act which is recognized by the laws of the state as a misdemeanor, offense, infraction or other violation of state law howsoever described or designated, and the commission of any such act is hereby prohibited and declared to be a violation of this Code.
