§ 18-170. Intent and purpose.

It is the intent of the town and the purpose of this section to promote the public health, safety and general welfare by providing for the prohibition of high-pressure well stimulation for purposes of extraction ("tracking") within the municipal boundaries of the Town of St. Leo.
