§ 14-70. Intent and purpose.

It is the intent of the town and the purpose of this section to promote the public health, safety and general welfare by providing for the prohibition of medical marijuana treatment center dispensing facilities within the municipal boundaries of the Town of St. Leo pursuant to the provision of F.S. § 381.986(11)(b)1.
