§ 3.02. Qualifications.

Any elector of the Town shall be eligible to hold the office of Town Commissioner provided he shall have been a resident of the Town of St. Leo, for a minimum of six (6) months prior to assuming the office of Commissioner. The commission shall be the judge of the election and qualifications of its members and of the grounds for forfeiture of their office.
